Seymour Duncan AHB-3 Mick Thomson EMTY - Signature Blackouts Active Humbucker Set

Seymour Duncan Blackouts represent the pinnacle in active guitar pickup technology. Seymour Duncan SFX-10 Deja Vu Tap Delay With BBD Guitar Effects Pedal

The Seymour Duncan Deja Vu SFX-10 guitar pedal features Tap Tempo to match the delay time to the tempo of your music, and its Ratio Control gives you multiple delays for each press of the Tap Tempo footswitch. A tempo "Heartbeat" flashing red LED keeps everybody honest (or, at least, in time), and a Modulation control that lets you add a flange/chorus effect to the time delay.

While the Seymour Duncan Deja Vu SFX-10 includes the standard wet/dry Blend control and the required delay time adjustment, the Deja Vu SFX-10 also features an analog/digital Blend control, to achieve any desired level of balance between the warmth of a real bucket brigade delay and the squeaky-clean sound of a microprocessor-based digital delay. The effect pedal also has a Feedback control allowing you to dial in a runaway recycling of your sound in the style of an analog tape echo.

The Deja Vu SFX-10 also features 2 insert jacks. The Feedback Insert jack allows an external processor to be included in the recycling path so the processor's effect becomes more intense at each regeneration, thus continuously morphing the delayed sound as it recycles. The pedal's Wet output/loop jack works on the sound after it leaves the recycler, allowing custom tweaking of the overall character of the wet signal before it recombines with the dry signal.

Both insert jacks can connect directly to a standard volume pedal, so the Regen Insert jack becomes a foot control for the level of regeneration, and the Wet Insert jack becomes a foot control for the Wet/Dry mix. You can connect 2 footpedals at the same time for ultimate control of the delayed sound.

Connect a second amp to the stereo output to hear an incredible, ethereal, space-filling stereo effect. Or use the stereo output by itself to get a sound with a totally different timbre.

Features:

  • Tap Tempo
  • Ratio Control for multiple delays
  • "Heartbeat" flashing LED for keeping tempo
  • Modulation control for flange/chorus effect
  • Wet/dry and analog/digital Blends
  • Feedback control

Seymour Duncan APH-2s Alnico II Pro Slash Humbucker Electric Guitar Pickup Set

The Seymour Duncan APH-2s Alnico II Pro Slash Humbucker Electric Guitar Pickup Set honors guitar hero Slash with his first signature pickups. The tone of this pickup set will be familiar to anyone who has heard Slash's recorded tone. Though he has dozens of amazing guitars, since 1986 Slash has pretty much used one very special Les Paul for all of his recordings. The Alnico II Pro Slash was designed to give Slash's other Les Paul guitars (what he calls his "live guitars") the exact tone of his legendary guitar.

Like the standard APH-1 Alnico II Pro, which Slash has used for years, the Slash APH-2 set uses Alnico 2 magnets. However, the Alnico II Pro Slash is wound with just enough boosted output to push a stock Les Paul toward the sweet sustain and rude crunch that characterize Slash's sound. In addition, Seymour Duncan enhances the APH-2 pickups with some of the same appointments found on the Duncan pickups seen in Slash's '86 recording axe: a single-conductor cable, a long-legged bottom plate, and a wooden spacer. For true fans, or for players who want to capture Slash's recorded tone, these Seymour Duncan pickups are a critical part of the tone chain. These are same pickups found in the newest Gibson Slash model Les Paul guitar.

With the ubiquitous top hat and shades, a mop of black curls obscuring his face, and a blazing electric guitar tone blasting through a wall of amps, Slash epitomizes the very reasons we first air-strummed a low-slung tennis racquet in the privacy of our bedroom. For over 3 decades Slash has relied on Seymour Duncan pickups for his guitar tone.

Applications:
Warm, moderate-output humbucker. Recommended for jazz, blues, and classic rock.

Complete setup:
The Slash aficionado will use a pair of these pickups to capture that unmistakable tone. This pickup matches well with the SFX-11 Twin Tube Blue all-tube overdrive-distortion stompbox (sold separately) for singing leads and authoritative chording.

Guitars:
While designed for use in a Les Paul, this pickup works well in any well-balanced humbucker-equipped guitar. Also works great with hollow and semi-hollow body guitars.

The Alnico II Pro Slash is hand built in Seymour Duncan's Santa Barbara, California workshop and includes all mounting hardware. Recommended for the neck and bridge position.

Seymour Duncan Blackouts AHB-1 Humbucker Set

Seymour Duncan Blackouts are 9-volt active neck and bridge humbuckers that provide more extended frequency response with less compression. Seymour Duncan engineers have captured the tone players want in an active design with the benefits of balanced inputs.

Not only do Seymour Duncan Blackouts active humbuckers have less hum than most active humbuckers, they also have more lows, more highs, and more output. Simply put, the Blackouts have more tone than most active pickups. Players will find far fewer problems with hum, especially near computer monitors and fluorescent lighting.

Blackouts come as a two-pickup set of neck and bridge humbuckers. All versions come with all necessary mounting hardware, including pots, jack, and a battery clip.

Seymour Duncan SFX-04 Twin Tube Mayhem Distortion Guitar Effects Pedal

The Seymour Duncan SFX-04 Twin Tube Mayhem is a distortion pedal with a high-quality guitar preamp that includes a built-in boost. Using a duo of premium, mil-spec, subminiature, USA-made Phillips-Sylvania 62051 pentode tubes, the Seymour Duncan Mayhem is a great effect pedal for old-school metal, nu metal, thrash, death, and doom.

The Twin Tube Mayhem pedal has a high-plate voltage and 100% vacuum tube signal path that allow the tubes to operate at their full potential and provide maximum dynamic range. The SFX-04 Mayhem pedal achieves additional gain with a high-voltage, low-noise, and discrete Class A input stage. The solid state input stage increases the resistance of the Mayhem stompbox to microphonic feedback, resulting in maximum dynamic range, the most gain, and the heavy tone you'd expect from a great tube preamp voiced for metal.

The Seymour Duncan Twin Tube Mayhem distortion pedal also features user-selectable 4dB or 8dB boost for pre-setting rhythm and lead levels. The Mayhem distortion pedal uses true bypass switching and has a fully encapsulated toroidal transformer for quiet operation. Its rugged, heavy-duty steel chassis provides exceptional durability.
